Carrickfergus Women's Forum is an established community group which supports women to
access personal development and accredited training courses to develop their confidence and potential. It provides information
on matters such as health, education and volunteering opportunities for women.
CWF provides a community based service for women who are experiencing mental and physical health problems through a range
of programmes

Our overall aim is to provide a community based service for women
and their families which will promote positive mental health. This service give women the opportunity to improve their
mental and physical health thus enabling them to achieve their potential, reduce social isolation and fully participate in
family life and the wider comumity.

W deliver a variety of courses which address the issues faced by
women living with depression and anxiety, the courses include self-esteem, personal development, health and fitness.
We invite you to visit us, we run a creative social
morning on Tuesday mornings from 10am - 12noon or Keepfit on Friday mornings full details are available on request.
